We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the following positions: July 21, 2010

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR 
Ideal candidate will possess superior: customer service, communication & organizational skills…be comfortable with computers (desktop publishing a plus) and have some prior property management experience. 

PROPERTY MANAGER 
F/T year round position to manage and maintain condominium complexes.  Hands-on position. Maintenance,  shoveling and supervision of staff.  Must have maintenance experience.   Must have reliable vehicle, insurance and valid license and be able to get a CDL.  Bilingual a plus but not necessary.  

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE 
Need two reliable, hardworking individual with maintenance skills to maintain common grounds at condo complexes.  Requires ability to provide excellent customer service.  Must be able to speak and understand English.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Must have basic maintenance skills to include:  carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.  Must work well independently and pay attention to detail in maintaining company goals of superior quality and efficiency. Must be able to interact well with tenants and owners.  Must have own tools.
